This is the first Workout Of the Week (WOW) of the Protean Fitness App! We wanted to make it easily accessible for everyone- all you need is space to move your body, no equipment required! Start with the Protean warmup before moving onto the strength component. You will perform 5 exercises in a circuit for 3 rounds. Always make sure your body is properly warmed up before beginning the workout and have water on hand to stay hydrated during the circuit. Had sciatica last year and struggling to find a workout where I can start training my legs and not feel hurt. The full body workout was awesome. Strenuous but also safe.
